It took under 20min for them to remove the old and install the new bathroom faucet AND fix the mess I made when I tried to fix the dripping pipe under the sink. It was an easy process, and the lady who answered the phone (both times) was friendly and full of answers. I have used Roto-Rooter several times now and have had great experiences each time. I have used them for unclogging a drain to putting in a lift station to reroute a kitchen drain that collapsed under a slab foundation. The technicians (Kevin, Zach, and Brian) have been competent and a pleasure to work with. When I needed a drain unclogged again under warranty there was no arguing or complaining from either the office or the technicians.
