Tristan was courteous & informative in explaining what he would be doing in replacing our leaking water heater with a new one. The response time was quick & very much appreciated. He & his assistant took very good care in protecting our carpeting & surrounding areas when taking the old water heater out & bringing the new one inside. The new installation looks wonderful & they picked up the surrounding work area very nicely. I would highly recommend them both for any future plumbing needs.

We had copper pipes which sprang a leak. Larry, from Dauenhauer Plumbing, was prompt and efficient. He was able to resolve the issue quickly. We were expecting to have to get a new shower valve, but upon closer inspection, we had developed a pinhole leak in our supply line. Great transparency and quick, efficient work. I'd recommend them anytime!

Our home had developed a slow drain and then no drain issue. Over two days the technician diligently worked to clear the drain. He was so kind, professional and respectful of our property. Although we had a very bad grease clog he stayed with it and was determined to correct t the problem. We have used other companies before but this company and its employees beat them all. So pleased with the service and now we have a working drain! Praise God! Thank you H2O Maestro!!!!

John explained to me what was causing the problem I was having with the shower, and what could be done to resolve it. He explained the process and even showed me what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. Very courteous, thorough and prompt. Reasonable price. I will definitely use this company in the future if I have any other plumbing problems.

Mr. Rooter is the second plumbing service I have used since moving to Lexington and I can't imagine using any other service now. Our Technicians Shawn and Alex, along with our estimator Erick and the office staff that communicated with us were very courteous and professional. The response time between the initial call, the quote, and the work being performed was fantastic. We needed a main line replaced along with the majority of our plumbing system under the house and at no point did they leave us without service. The amount of work to try and put everything back as it originally had been is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for anyone in their service area!

My serviceman, George Weddington was professionally, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up on a Sunday and promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter for water heater repair and install.
