Dr. Subramanian is one of the best doctors. We highly recommend her. My husband went to see her for sinus infection. Doctor took time to listen to him and explained well about the treatment options. She is very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and humble. I seen bad reviews about the front desk but for us both the receptionist was good especially who helped us with the discharge instructions and follow up appointments. Thank you Dr. subramanian.

Will recommend 20 out of 10 times. My kids LOVE her and she’s so thorough! She did my oldest kiddos tonsils and the baby’s ear tubes. Absolutely the smoothest dr encounters we’ve ever had, and she is SO incredibly good with the kids.

My hearing test was bad in both ears. The tech ordered my hearing aid. My first visit with Dr. Subtamanian was great also.

He provided a surgical solution to the problem, which provided immediate results. I am very grateful and thankful for his honesty, patience, and knowledge of the ears, nose, and throat. Love Dr. West. Been going to him a long time. I like everything about him. He's friendly, easy going, helpful, caring & knows his stuff. He also does allergy testing & shots/drops. Another plus; his office help has always been patient, nice & polite, which is so hard to find nowadays even with good doctors. Sadly, we've actually had to leave a few good physicians in order to not have to deal with their rude staff anymore. Wish they were all like this office. All the way around Dr. Jeff West has been a great ENT for me!!!! I have always had very bad allergies & he is great help in that area especially! And he's in both Rockwall & Forney.

Dr West is such a caring person. The very first minute of meeting him, he treats you like you have been important to him all of his life. He truly wants to help.

He's hands down the nicest, caring doctor that I've ever seen. He goes above and beyond to take great care of you. You are in great hands. Love him!.
