Stephanie was a life saver this morning! I called the office because my vision has been off for the past several weeks but I wasn’t due for my annual visit for four more months. Stephanie knew who I was and that I preferred to see Dr. Hall. She quickly worked to make sure my insurance would cover my visit even though it hadn’t been a year since I had been seen. The personal greetings and attention to details are why I still drive to see Dr. Hall even though I moved an hour away.

I have been going to this eye doctor for years! I continue to come back for the customer service; everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful, especially Victor! I was very grateful for his help when I broke my glasses and needed them repaired.

I meant to post a review sooner, but I just wanted to say Dr. Hall did a great job with my eye exam and my new prescription is perfect! It is rare that my glasses are perfect when I pick them up, I was so happy when I picked my glasses up and the view was great! Dr. Hall was very kind and helpful and has a fun, upbeat personality! I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Hall in the future.

Dr. Choi and his entire office staff are always so kind and explain everything thoroughly. From the moment walk in to the office, you are treated with smiles. Wait time is generally short, and once you go to an exam room, the procedures, tests, and doctor visit all happen without long delays. Dr. Choi is very upbeat in demeanor, and puts you at ease, which is so important when someone is discussing the possibility of eye surgery with you! However, you can tell right away that he is quite knowledgeable about this field of medicine, and that he will be looking for the best possible outcome for his patients. Highly recommend.

Dr. Choi is phenomenal. His demeanor, honesty, and transparency is a welcomed and revered attribute. He takes the time needed to address concerns and clarify the nature of the procedure or event occurring with the eye. He is top shelf and worthy of one’s trust.

Dr Choi is compassionate and a good listener. He makes an uncomfortable situation tolerable. His office is efficient and always very kind to me.

I have been going to Dr. Kastner for years and she has always provided exceptional service, and today was no different. The doctor is very thorough in her exams and takes the time to offer advice and explain any questions. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and it was an overall great experience.

Dr. Kastner is the ultimate best. She was very thorough w my exam and explained things to me that I didn’t know. My first Medicare Advantage plan did not allow me to see my favorite doctors… so I switched and now I will be a faithful patient for the rest of my life. Her office staff is great too- they make you feel so welcome and comfortable.

Dr. Kastner was amazing!! I was a little nervous about going to a new eye doctor, but I had no reason to be. She was so sweet and had such a kind spirit. 100% recommend.
