Jasmine was the assistant and Mrs. Phillip was my doctor/ Kikkeri assistant. Jasmine was friendly yet professional. She was empathetic to my challenges. She made me feel confident that I was in good hands n that they were genuinely empathetic to my issues. Mrs. Phlilps was also tender, concerned that all of my issues would addressed. She smiles and makes me feel like the most important patient of the day. I have been a patient of Dr. Kikkeri for 15 + years, and these two ladies have always made me feel better than I did coming in. So much so that I work around their schedule so that I can be treated by these two. They represent Dr. Kikkeri with the utmost professionalism, and respect as well.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Kikkeri 13 years, myself 6 years. There are things in your life that you have to step back and acknowledge that you are grateful for. We are grateful for Dr. K, but his staff has jump thru hoops so many times for us. They are always ready to help. My husband has an New York insurance company that is very uncommon in Texas and has all these special ways to get his medications thru the insurance system, the same as for procedures. They don't give up, no matter how complicated it is. I would say which person is the most helpful, but that would be unfair. Everyone has been involved with us over the years. And not once, have I ever thought they were doing anything less than their best. Without a staff that cares and makes you feel special, it would be a reflection of the Doctor. We are grateful.

Dr.kikkeri is an amazing doctor. He has been treating me for over 5 years now and his staff is very nice and listens to you. The doctor in office take every step to making my life better . Thank you all and blessings .

If you are looking for a great pain specialist doctor that is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You will not find a better doc and friend. Great staff is always a plus. I visited the doctor and my pain level was at around 8 .It’s now at around 2. If you have any back pain then you know how good I feel. Glory be to God. Now you do your part and visit Doctor Andrew at OmniSpine pain Management.

I am so thankful! I was unable to live my active lifestyle due to excruciating back pain. I was sidelined! A friend told me about Omni Pain and Spine Clinic so I booked an appointment. I must admit I didn’t think anyone could help me without surgery. I met with Dr. Andrew Morchower and his team, who by the way are so nice and try very hard to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I was sent for imaging and a treatment plan was quickly put into action. I have my life back. Why did I torture myself Don’t procrastinate. Help is out there in 3 locations actually! Thank you Omni Frisco and Dr. Morchower. Life is GREAT.

Dr Andrew has the best bedside manner . He is very cool and listens to your concerns . He went over everything with me . Katrina is sweet . My Daughter came with me and she was so nice to her . Ellie is super sweet as well . The entire staff is amazing . I am so happy , I found this clinic . It was hard to find a clinic that accepted my Insurance. Not only that a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Dr. Zhao is always so caring and nice every time I see her or talk with her! I always recommend her to anyone who needs pain management.
