I've been having trouble with my glasses and hadn't had much luck getting them fixed. I went in and Brooke so graciously walked me through my options. I now have a new pair of glasses and am extremely satisfied! Thank you Brooke for taking the time to address my issue and my questions! What an asset to your team, Charm City Optical!!.

They're very fast, and will have you in and out within two hours. This includes an exam and filling your script. I've been to places that take at least two weeks to do that. I have been going for about 5-6 years and frankly I don't wanna go ANYWHERE else.

Wonderful Staff. Very Helpful & Courteous. Answered All My Questions with A Smile. Thx Ladies. I Highly Recommend.

Levin Eye Care is great! Dr. Levin is awesome, and his staff is, too. I went in there with no money, and on government insurance. They treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. They were all very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to be around. Dr. Levin was very forthcoming, and honest. I would recommend Levin Eye Care to anyone.

This is the kind of service that you want. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Levin is a very kind gentleman. And this is my second visit and the wait wasn't long at all. The exam is detailed and everything is explained to you. Lastly the location is about 7mins from where we live. Kudos to everyone at Levin Eyecare.
