“Dr. Francesco Grasso received his medical degree from the University of Rome and completed his surgical internship. He is Board Certified in Colon, Rectal, and General Surgery. Dr. Francesco is also the Chief of Colon and Rectal Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery. Dr. Francesco is a past President of the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Surgeons and is currently one of the Governors of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active medical staff member at GBMC, GSH, UCMC, and UMH. Dr. Grasso completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He and his highly trained team work with patients to develop a plan to obtain the appropriate diagnosis, treat the condition, and monitor progress to ensure long-term colorectal wellness.”
