Dr. Ferris really took the extra time to explain the procedure to me, answered all of my questions and concerns and was very respectful and understanding. pretty cool guy too! very charismatic. He complimented me on my ghost face purse and asked me about the series of scary movies I enjoyed after I mentioned a fear I had. He’s very interested in his patients and cares about them. My procedure is in 1 month and I couldn’t have gotten anyone better than Dr. Ferris to be operating on me, he really knows his stuff! There’s a reason he is rated 5 stars.

From my very first appointment, Dr. Ferris took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way for my up coming surgery in June. Dr. Ferris has shown genuine compassion, which makes this stressful situation easier to handle. The office staff is also professional, kind, and efficient, which made the entire experience seamless so far. If you’re looking for a surgeon who is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Ferris. I will be sure to complete another review after my procedure.

I thank God for Dr. Ferris, I come to tears thinking about how he saved my life. He care about his patients. He takes his time to answer your questions and don't make you feel rushed. I highly recommend him. Thank you again Dr. Ferris you are the best.

I have never felt more comfortable having an appointment like this. The staff has been very friendly all 3 of my visits. Dr. Grasso is very straight forward and to the point about everything he discussed with me which was very refreshing. It made talking about medical stuff that is highly highly person feel okay. I have already recommended this office to friends.

Dr. Grasso has the best office staff and is a very kind man who gives the upmost and best service I have ever had with a doctor. Ms. Yolanda the receptionist was exceptionally helpful explaining the process also. Definitely recommend going here for all your Colorectal needs if you live in the Northeast area of Baltimore.

Dr. Grasso and his staff are great! Professional and friendly. Easy to make an appointment and did not wait long in the office. Procedures were explained well and listened to questions I had. Would highly recommend.
