“Khurram Pervaiz obtained his Medical Degree from the King Edward Medical School. He is a dual fellowship-trained Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in shoulder, elbow, and hand surgery. He completed a surgical internship at Maimonides Medical Center in New York, followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed fellowships in hand & upper extremity surgery at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic and in shoulder & elbow surgery at the Florida Orthopedic Institute. He has a special interest in shoulder replacement and has published research on the correlation between bone mineral density and fixation techniques for shoulder replacement surgery. He also holds a certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in hand surgery and is an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.”
