I cannot say enough about the service and expertise of Dr Barrett and his staff. The office is beautiful and runs like a well oiled machine. The staff was so friendly but the exceptional part was Dr. Barrett made a phone call the evening of my morning visit to follow up on a question I had during my visit. Despite his very busy day full of clients, he researched my question and called me that night! Such incredible personal care. I’m very confident in his prognosis as well as treatment suggestions. Cannot recommend him and the Hollingshead office enough for your specialty eye care needs.

My initial meeting with Dr Barrett was pleasant and well organized by a number of his staff that excelled in their own areas that kindly moved me through the different layers of information gathering and preparation by helping me through my concerns about cataract surgery in both eyes. I feel confident that Dr Barrett and staff have prepared me and I did my best to help prepare them with honest answers to their questions. My full faith is in Dr Barrett. We see eye to eye.

This place is wonderful. I would recommend it to everyone. Everyone treats you friendly and courtesy. The Doctor Assistants are so polite and have lots of knowledge. Then the Doctor is so friendly, polite and explains everything so that you understand. He treats you like he cares and makes sure he will find an answer. I'm so glad he is my Dr.

Just had my second annual eye checkup here- Dr. Johnson was great, very thorough/efficient communicating my current and future vision needs (I’m almost 50 so lots of stuff happening!) and ocular health. Staff is all friendly and helpful and I love their office space!.

Fast and friendly, from making the appointment to getting me in quickly. Met a new doctor and was very happy with him. It was clear that he had reviewed my chart and knew a bit about me. That made the appointment quick and easy. Thanks and see you in a couple of weeks.

Friendly, helpful staff. Docs are helpful and thorough. Great selection of eyeglasses! If you like art and esthetics and quality are important then check them out!.

Dr. McNeel is fantastic. He is caring, thorough, spends time and goes above and beyond. Great to talk with as well and will talk you through and explain everything. The staff are wonderful. In the optical shop, Lori is amazing. I am so grateful for her added attention to detail, her expertise in frames that truly fit with size, shape and color as well as knowing what type of lens is optimal for your personal situation. Lori provides patient centered care/help taking each individual's needs and concerns into account. She is exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic and optical shop. Excellent!.

Dr. McNeel is freaking awesome!! He always answers any, and all, of the questions that I have. I never feel rushed, and the doctors and staff are always super pleasant and friendly. I think that it is also worth mentioning that they have a great selection of frames, to choose from. I sincerely hope that Dr. McNeel practices for another, (approximately), 40 years, so that I can keep going to McNeel Eye Center!! Thank you Dr. McNeel!!.

Absolutely fantastic place! Dr. McNeel was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and information about how things worked and why it's important. The facility staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
