Dr. Heiner was great! From the consultation meeting to my procedure, he was always positive and friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions and getting through my vasectomy. I think the procedure itself took less than 5 minutes and I was shocked at how simple he made it seem. Definitely would recommend TVU :) Also added bonus: I got a shirt to commemorate the vasectomy, and a hand-written note in the mail from Dr. Heiner himself. This team really shows that they care for their patients.

Excellent Doctor with staff, personality, and a sense of humor to match. He explains all the options carefully in layman’s terms, and does his best to alleviate patient concerns. He has treated other family members and they feel likewise. Dr. Heiner is the doc to see if you can’t pee.

The whole experience was smooth and simple. I preferred this procedure over going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr Heiner if you are considering a vasectomy.

Dr Slade and his staff were awesome. Got snipped on Friday before lunch and I was feeling great the next morning. (But took it easy through the weekend) He went through everything with me before the procedure and was very upfront about everything. Also made small talk to keep a comfortable environment during the procedure. I wouldn't hesitate going back or referring a friend.

Dr Slade and his staff are amazing! They were incredible before and after surgery. Dr. Slade even followed up with me on a Saturday! He took great care in explaining my surgery to my wife. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

I Recently had a prostate procedure done by Dr Austin Slade, and I have to say that Doctor Slade and his staff provided premium care and along with the surgical center at Treasure Valley Hospital. Thank You very much.
