I really admire the staff at the pain center. I have been a patient for several years now. If it wasn't for Dr. Thompson and her staff I would have been in life ending pain. I'm still having pain but it's more manageable than before when I didn't have a pain pump. They have truly helped me survive and manage my pain goals.

It took me 5 years to find a doctor that was willing to help me find a resolution instead of just throw opiates at me. Dr Vaughn opened up an entirely new realm of possibilities to treat my pain that had nothing to do with opiates! I would trust my life in Dr Vaughn's hands any day! His team and himself are so compassionate and caring. They really truly show you that they care about you as a person! It took me 5 years to find a doctor willing to do a spine stimulator to help my pain, and to allow myself to get off of all the opiates. I mentioned it to Dr Vaughn and he was immediately open to the idea and got the process started immediately! He has offered compassion and extreme knowledge in regards to the healing process and how to manage! I would recommend this office to anybody looking for a doctor who actually cares about you as a person and the quality of life that you live.

Dr. Vaughn is very caring & honest. He has a great listening ear. He explains things thoroughly so I can understand what he is talking about. He takes his time while he is in the room with me. I never feel rushed at any point during my visits. I fully recommend any one that has pain and is in need of a pain care provider to make an appointment with Dr. Vaughn at Pain Care Boise. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone was friendly, caring, made my anxiety about the procedure easy. Questions were answered with ease. Made for a pleasant office visit.

Dr. Mallari is the most intelegant, caring Doctor I have ever been to. He spends quality time with each and every one of his patients. A couple of years ago he actually saved my life! I had an appointment with him one day, and was not feeling well. I was very confused and not thinking straight. When he examined me, he knew something was not right and immediately sent me to have my blood drawn. It turned out my sodium level was at a fatally low value (which I could have stroked out, or could have started seizuring.) I ended up in intensive care for 5 days. If he wouldn't have taken the action that he did, I probably would have just gone home and probably died. He goes above and beyond what most doctors do. He understands and explains in depth your diagnosis and what he can do to help. When it comes to treating your pain, he will submit a blood test to GenEthix Diagnostics which will show what medications which will work the best for your individual needs.I feel very blessed to have found him!.

Easily the most dependable, honest, amazing doctor you'll ever find! Very easy to talk to and an even better listener. His staff is AMAZING and treat everyone like family. I've been seeing Dr, Mallari for 6+ years and he's fixed what the Air Force couldn't. I can actually function now without being in constant pain. DO NOT HESITATE to call and schedule an appointment!!!.

I went in for help with neck pain due to a car accident and he fixed it! He also fixed the pain leftover from a shoulder surgery. Amazing! This is life-changing. Thank you.
