Best first visit with a chiropractor ever! Doc was so kind and down to earth. He explained exactly what he was doing. He listened, understood and even validated my concerns. I was impressed with the immediate results. He was able to calm the pain in my shoulder and neck. I went home without a headache! Front desk staff members were very kind and informative. Loved the vibe of the office.

The staff at Keystone bend over backwards to insure a warm, caring, professional experience dedicated to the benefit of the patient. From massages to adjustments treatments are tailored to your needs. Extra kudos for Jeannie at the front desk and her persistent efforts at getting the kinks out of insurance issues.

The staff here is so amazing! Their energy is great and I felt super comfortable, which was a relief for me since I had been afraid of seeing a chiropractor because of what I saw as a kid when I went with my dad to his appointments! As a yogi, I was shocked to see how messed up my neck was, due to a serious fall on metal stairs!, and I’m beyond grateful to have my my spine realigned for proper energy flow.

I've used chiropractic for decades, but I have never experienced anything like Modern Chiropractic. They are a bit different.You can choose corrective care which is much more than adjustments. They do a thorough assessment with x-rays, then recommend a personalized program which includes exercise, stretching, adjustment and traction! to restore alignment and elasticity to the spine improving balance, posture and overall wellbeing. They're Fabulous!!.

I really appreciate their approach to chiropractic care - investigating the cause of the issue with X-rays, posture photos etc to develop a treatment plan which includes exercises outside of the office instead of just blindly adjusting you. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.

My experience with Modern Chiropractic has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone in the building is always friendly and super helpful. Their experience has definitely shown through in all phases of my care plan and I am noticing an improvement in my overall posture as well as the pain in my back.

I feel immensely grateful to have found Dr. Jen. I am 34 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. Baby was breech so my midwife recommended I pay a visit to Dr. Jen to try and get baby to flip. After ONE visit, baby flipped and is in birthing position. Not to mention the relief I have received from normal pregnancy aches and pains. I had never seen a chiropractor during pregnancy and now I'm sad that I didn't have Dr. Jen earlier! She is so intuitive and kind and amazing at what she does. Also brought my 3 year old in for an adjustment and I almost cried with gratitude at how well he was treated. He can't wait to go back. So grateful that BoDo Chiropractor exists in Boise!!.
