This was my first experience of dealing with this fencing company, and it was a very good one. My son did the ordering, and when it was delivered, he discovered that he had ordered the incorrect size of slats. He contacted the sellers, who completely without fuss and bother, promptly delivered the correct size whilst picking up the unwanted ones.
