I used Nerdstogo for the first time for a laptop that barely had been used, but was brought about 5 years ago. Staff was very friendly and did a complete diagnosis on the computer, keeping me updated along the way. They stated they would also assess whether upgrades were worth the value of the the laptop. They provided full transparency on condition of the laptop, including recommendation. Based upon the quote provided, it made more sense to purchase a new laptop. I showed the technician what I was planning to purchase and he agreed for my needs, that would work, even offering their sevice if i needed help with data transfer. I will definitely use their services should I have a need in the future.

Had a great experience with Nerds to Go! When I called, the person I spoke with was informative, without giving me a silly sales pitch. He described how they work (in-person, at their offices or at my home/office) and provided different price structures. I scheduled an appointment at their store for 2 days later (since it wasn't urgent). Josh was super helpful in ensuring my Windows Defender was set up correctly. He answered my questions about MFA, etc. When he didn't know an answer, he went back and asked one of his colleagues. My needs were very simple, but I appreciated the very friendly, professional service. At least 2 people offered me coffee/water, etc. Bellevue office was clean and easy to get to from 405/520.Rates to me were very reasonable.

Nerds to Go literally saved me thousands of dollars. Plus they are respectful and uber professional. Steven was able to quickly help me configure my MacBook Air and new docking station to work with my two big monitors. Until I saw them I wondered if I'd have to buy a new Windows laptop but instead, now my MacBook Air has much better functionality. I highly recommend them and will absolutely return for any tech needs I can't solve on my own.

I am very happy with the service that both Shawn and Jack provided. I was having trouble with both my iMac and my laptop (windows) computers and it turned out to be a more in depth and serious issue. Shawn, Jack and the team worked around the clock to resolve multiple issues. They explained everything as they went, and all my hundreds of questions.
