We have two huge, tall Douglass fir that are leaning to sides, which worries me greatly for falling. Joe Russell of Devoted Tree Solutions came to assess them, with a “no obligation, free consultation” appointment. He walked around the trees, looked up and down, and took in their surrounding environment. After careful examination, he declared they are healthy and have low risk of falling. Joe gave us his honest professional opinion, did not push us to do anything unnecessary, and happily answered all of our questions regarding other trees in our yards. He is a wealth of knowledge, and an entertaining conversationist regarding trees. I can see he is very passionate about trees and generous in sharing his knowledge. I sure slept much better that night despite gusty wind and relentless rain. Also, the office of Devoted Tree Solutions is a pleasure to work with. Its staff is efficient, organized, and helpful in setting up appointment for me. I feel absolutely comfortable to recommend Joe Russell and Devoted Tree Solutions.

I hired Devoted Tree Solutions to remove a few trees and trim several trees. From beginning to end, the company was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up so well, one wouldn't even know they had been there. I'm very impressed with the work and the company, and I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with this business and how persons I worked with from the office to the team in the field were professional. Got my bid and work done within a few days, so very reliable. Pricing was competitive but I went with who I felt would ensure my trees were healthy and did what I asked. I would refer them to anyone to at least give them the opportunity, again I thank them for their excellent work ethic.

Matthew, owner, came out to give us an estimate on 2 tall hemlocks that fell on our property during a storm. (First photo) He was really personable and easy to talk over different options. His estimate was lower than some more established tree services, and for what we wanted done it was an easy choice to give him our business. He and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They moved light strings out of the way, and heavy flower pots, etc. Matthew was the climber and his crew of 3 were down on the ground clearing the branches and trunks. We watched him shimmy up the trees and do the work in a particularly tricky location and expertly remove the tops, felling them with ease. He seemed to literally perform a version of acrobatics and parkour in the treetops. They cleaned up all the debris and put our yard back together so that it looked like nobody had been there - save for the lack of two giant trees blocking our view. (2nd pic) We are very happy with the work, the ease of scheduling, the cleanup, and ability to communicate. We will use Western WA Tree Service again as needs arise.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Western Washington Tree Service! I called for an estimate and they responded later the same day, they gave me a very fair bid and removed my tree that was dying in my front yard and the broken branches from my cedar tree in the back yard. This was all done in less than 2 hours by Matthew, Eddie and their crew! They cleaned everything up using the stump grinder. I couldn’t be happier with their prompt response and high level of work. I recommend this great company and will use them again should the need arise.

Called them one week ago. Matthew (super responsive) came the same day/afternoon and gave me the quote. I scheduled the work with them to lift/limb four huge Cedars. They arrived promptly and got to work. Matthew along with Eddie and Josh did an amazing job. Very fair pricing for a very difficult project.
