3 Best Storage Units in Bellevue, WA

It was my first visiting the place. I had a few questions for the front desk. They welcomed me with their smiling. And gave all I wanted to know the answers and showed me a couple of vacancy rooms. It was so helpful me. The gentleman and a lady both were very kind and they treat me as a customer with their professionalisms. I will recommend anyone if someone is looking for a storage company. This is the company you need. I could process the pepper work so smoothly at the front desk. Thank you for your hardworking. You guys are so awesome I can give you 5 stars!.

Support at Bellvue were very helpful and explained things about how they increase prices only once a year compared to Public Storage who I left because of there continual every three month increase.

Kim and Steve, who run the show, are friendly, helpful, and in my case, knowledgeable. It is a small business, they don't have the luxury of everything just working and working prettily. But management does a good job of anticipating tenants' needs, proactively addressing potential challenges and making them non-issues. Access hours should be adequate for most. To accommodate business tenants, a forklift is available on site. Kim would assist with unloading if she is available. For flexibility, however, I suggest getting OSHA certified.

Super great location, easy to get to right off 405. Very secure throughout. Lots of carts to move stuff around. Super clean and well kept. Plus they have truck that can be used so you don't have to deal with Uhaul and such. Really makes a big difference. Plus Kim and Steve are the nicest people, super accommodating and helpful. And super responsive to email. Its like a mom and pop run shop with great customer service.

I was always impressed with the level of service provided and professional yet friendly and helpful management and facility front office staff. The facilities are clean and run efficiently with ample carts, easy access and even a cargo van which was free to get moved in with. I’d highly recommend this location for business and personal use!.
