Can’t recommend highly enough, Sam and Scott. They made sure my heat pump replacement was level on a new concrete pad, the furnace was installed properly with many tests, added all new condensation PVC pipes, new flexible gas line for earthquake protection, build custom duct fittings in their vehicle and programmed my new Google Nest. I appreciated all the explanations and staying much later than expected to finish the job in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They exceeded my expectations.

Had an eight year old furnace stop working. Since it was installed by MM Comfort I called and was told it is now called Home Comfort. Oh a Saturday, Luke came out to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem. A major unit had failed, and needed to be replaced. I had to wait until Monday to call service to order the part and schedule installation. The part was located by Sheryl and she scheduled the install. It was a 2 person job of about 4 hours by Luke and DeMarco. I was impressed by the constant updating of arrival time, etc. Installation went smoothly and we were back in business all on schedule. Even a follow up call to make sure all was well later that day. Very satisfied customer.

Home Comfort Alliance installed a heat pump for us a couple of years ago and were very professional, efficient, clear, and reasonably priced. We've since had two annual service visits for the furnace and heat pump. Keith did a fantastic job on our latest one - he was super transparent, quick, and helpful. I'll gladly get more annual service visits to keep our extended warranty and hope I have Keith for all of them in the future.

I love our new Carrier 38MURA hvac system already, and it's not even hot out yet. The temperature in the house is rock-solid-steady and I always feel comfortable. I can't believe how quiet the air handler is in the hall closet! It is such an improvement. The install team was great. They were all experienced and really enjoy their jobs and it showed.

Brennan Technician knew how to test the safety system and repair it. They had the parts on the truck and fixed it in half an hour. Service visit and repairs came to about $300. Part was under warranty after nine years. Great service.
