Hands down the best dry cleaners on the eastside! My shirts, pants and suits always look perfect. Plus they always recognize me and have my order waiting for me before I get into their shop!! Great service + Great work = me as a weekly customer!

These folks are very good! We have been using them for years! She has done some excellent alterations for me as well. They cleaned our daughters wedding dress spotlessly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is great. Family run business, I've been using them for over 10 YEARS and I have heavy dry cleaning loads (used to wear a suit and tie every day). They do a wonderful job, are scrupulously honest, and have some of the best pricing I've found in the area. They'll also do minor tailoring repairs. They'll do plastic, fold, or just a reusable bag (which I do to cut down on plastic). Could not recommend them more. Even though I now live in Redmond and work in Seattle... I still come to Palazzo for my dry cleaning. I've tried others, but I always come back to Palazzo because they're the best.

The best dry cleaners around, amazing customer service and they are outstanding at dry cleaning my suits and dress shirts. Also, the couple who own Palazzo are the nicest and hardest working people... highly recommend!!!

I had my several dresses and fluffy jackets cleaned here every year. It is high quality, and they are great at their work. The owner is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
