I had an absolutely incredible customer service experience beginning to end with Mills Fence Co. From the receptionist who warmly took my information and explained timelines for a return call, to the knowledgeable, friendly, and patient sales associate ( Jon Knechtly) who arrived on time to give me an estimate, with product samples and answers to all of my questions. Jon followed up promptly with pricing and options and worked with me on scheduling. Then the icing on the cake, Javier and his installation team kept me informed and verified how I wanted everything several times to ensure everything was perfect. They were extremely conscientious workers and left everything clean and tidy after installation was complete. The Ultra fence product they used, was far superior to the product we installed previously from a competitor. Bottom line.... five star experience, these guys are THE best.
Very efficient and quality work. I just had a 6ft privacy fence put in, and a crew of two tore down the old fence and put up a new one in 8 hours. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend this company to anyone needing a fence. Obviously there is a wait right now and a high demand for fence work. But overall worth the wait.

Even though it took them awhile to get back to me on coming out and giving me an estimate, it was well worth the wait! They installed a driveway gate at a very reasonable price, and did an excellent job! Once the ball was rolling, they got out as soon as they could to set the posts, and came back when they said they would to install the gates. I told them I didn't care what material they used, just that it needed to keep my small dog in. They did exactly what I asked and the gate is exactly what I wanted. They were efficient but did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them. They are backed up, and sometimes they are waiting on concrete people to finish a job (concrete people are even more backed up) but they do great work.
They just finished my fence earlier than promised! Very very happy with the finished product and the guys they sent to my house were super nice! Could not be happier..
