The whole organization is very professional. Brian worked with us over the course of a number of months to find the just the right replacement for our office carpeting. He was very responsive to questions, exact in his measurements and design and his installation crew worked with us to have the install done around the office still needing to be open. No small task as we're a medical practice and needed to continue to see patients into the weekend. Highly recommend Harry's Carpet One.

We knew nothing about carpets; Phil was patient, informative and not pushy as we learned more about types of fibers, finishing styles, and more. He even found a discounted material that matched what we were looking for. Installers arrived early, were professional, and the work was excellent. Highly recommend.
