O'Krent Floors

Jason and the O'Krent team were fantastic. Their price was very competitive and they were willing to negotiate terms to best accommodate. Best of all, they weren't predatory like some companies can be and cut superfluous charges before the initial quote that had been seen from competitors. The installation team killed it. They were able to install the flooring with us living in the house and make it as least invasive as possible. They were accommodating in moving furniture back in sick a fashion that was usable instead of a massive pile. I highly recommed the team at O'Krent from consultation to installation.

Very pleased with the service from O’krents! Everyone we interacted with from the initial consultation, product selection, recommendations, quoting, to installation was great! Our sales woman, Kaylyn was very easy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and what we wanted and she found us the perfect floors and within our budget! I never felt pressured to look at product above my price range. The project manager, Monica was really great at communicating the install info and timing. And everyone on the crew that installed was very polite and respectful of our house. The the floors look amazing. I am so happy with how they turned out! I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking at getting your floors changed.

Amazing customer service and atmosphere. Evelyn is very knowledgeable and help us throughout the whole process of selecting the tiles of my bathroom and fireplace. She responded to all my calls immediately. The variety and quality of the tiles it cannot be compare with any other store. I would definitely will recommend the O’Krent floor, Evelyn and Jason.
