The Floor Store at Thornebrook

We recently purchased a new home and had wood flooring installed by The Floor Store at Thornebrook. The experience overall was outstanding. Milad came out to our home providing his expertise in the choice of flooring. The communication during the the choice and installation was exceptional. We were impressed with the attention to detail by Mace who installed the floors, he made recommendations that were perfect for the home. Mace has a gift and is a craftsman of the highest caliber. Would highly recommend The Floor Store at Thornebrook for any flooring need, an outstanding company dedicated to excellence and quality.

The Floor Store was one of 5 flooring businesses I visited. They had a big selection and the price was great - bc I had a wide foundation to base it on, I knew they weren't charging me small store prices. The installers provided through the store were good at what they do, plus pleasant to have in the house. I really expected my visit there to be a courtesy call bc I thought the prices would be inflated. What a wonderful surprise to have GOOD pricing, great service on every aspect, and a beautiful new floor.

The Floor Store at Thornebrook is awesome. The manager Hanna and owner Milad were very helpful without being pushy. Their pricing was very competitive and they were accommodating to our remodeling schedule. The installer was great too, showed up and finished the job on time and being in the remodeling business myself, I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I will gladly use them on future projects.
