Amazing burger Fuku Burger is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone who loves bold, creative, and downright delicious food! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and fun, with a cool, laid-back atmosphere that perfectly complements the innovative menu. The star of the show is, of course, the burgers. Each one is a masterpiece, blending Japanese-inspired flavors with classic American comfort food. The Fuku Classic is a revelation-juicy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with unique ingredients like Japanese mayo, tangy tonkatsu sauce, and crispy cabbage. And don't even get me started on the Kimchi Burger-it's a flavor explosion that balances spicy, savory, and umami in every bite. The sides are just as impressive. The Fuku Fries are crispy, golden perfection, and the Karaage Chicken is tender, flavorful, and downright addictive. Pair it all with a refreshing melon soda or a Japanese-inspired milkshake, and you've got a meal that's unforgettable.

Wow everything about this meal was top notch! Five of us went and got something different, everyone was raving about how good it was. I got the #3 burger with fries. Crack sauce for the fries, I totally get the name, please bottle that! The burger was so flavorful and juicy. There are a good amount of tables inside, staff was super friendly, vibe was cool.

Such a great place. We had the Chicken and Spicy Burger with fries. The chicken was hand breaded with panko and fries to a crisp. The cabbage and dressing were so good. The ambiance is so relaxed and the music on point.

They only do takeout order. At first, I parked my car. I walked up to order. I order 4 tacos. It takes some time to get the order. I drive my car back to the line of vehicle and wait for the order. I learned that you can order tacos like going through a fast food drive through. The food stand is located on a ex-gas station. There is a drive through order line. The tacos is very good and I would come back for more.

I mean sure this place is in a rough part of town. But everyone around there is nice. There's never any issues and the food is amazing. I 100% would recommend going. I've sent four or five people there and they also agree it's the best tacos in Vegas. There used to be another place that was equally as good but they've been out of business for a couple years now. The quesadilla is amazing definitely recommend the pastor with pineapple. I don't think I've ever had a more yummy taco.

Great food, my go to when i fly in or out.. They have a building specifically for eat in, seperate from kitchen. Nice outside to sit, have been to their other location as well... Same, great food...

The truffle Mac and cheese is easily one of the top 3 Mac and cheeses I’ve ever had, and the brisket sandwhich was great. Even better, however, was the service before, during, and after eating. The gentleman serving everybody was very attentive to every single person in the area, and around it, and immediately set us at ease when our food took a little longer than expected. Would 100% go back for the Mac and cheese and service alone.

Decided to try Project BBQ and wow. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection, but what really stood out was the service. Stephanie was amazing! She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked up, and her energy and kindness made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Great food, great staff, great vibes. Will be back!.

Loved this food truck and location! Great stop on Fremont to enjoy some bbq stuff… we had pull pork and the chips were delicious the ladies there were super nice and the view on Fremont is great.
