The chef and owner of Pav Bhaji Hut is Umesh Patel. They decided to start this little eatery to make authentic Bombay Pav Bhaji from scratch on original Indian Tawa with 100 percent Amul butter. They only use the finest non-GMO and, whenever possible, organic ingredients. They offer 100% eco-friendly, plant-fiber plates, trays, and bowls made from wheat straw and bagasse, which are all-natural and sustainable renewable resources.
