Each dish has its own distinct flavor and character, making it hard to pick just one favorite—but if I had to, my absolute go-to items are the Leela Lasun Kachu, Paneer Peri Peri Sandwich, and the show-stopping Volcano Biryani. Every single one delivers bold, unforgettable flavors. What really sets Eggmania apart, though, is the exceptional service. The owners and the entire staff go above and beyond in a way that’s honestly unheard of for a food truck—let alone many full-service restaurants. And don’t leave without trying the Kathiyawari Chai—it’s an absolute must and the perfect way to end your meal. Had the peri peri egg sandwich and it was super yummy! We’ll come back for more. I came to check out the SF Indian Music Project musical session and tried out the food. Hope they have more such events in the future.

Great wrap and chai! Unlike other places, their chicken keema wrap had sufficient filling and outer layer was not too thick. Coupled with chai enhanced the taste! Must try.

Johal Chat and Curry Food Truck. I recently tried Amritsari Chhole Kulcha at Johal Chat and Curry Food Truck, and it was amazing. The combination of tender, flavorful chhole (chickpea curry) paired with soft, warm kulcha (bread) was simply mouthwatering. However, it's worth noting that the location listed on Google Maps might not be accurate. Johal Chat and Curry Food Truck is actually situated adjacent to the Feast India Company food truck. Overall, I highly recommend this food truck.

The bestest Amritsari choley kulche one could have while in the bay area. This is a must try out place if you are a foodie and missing the taste of street food. #happyeating.
