KATANA SUSHI & SAKE REVIEWS

The sushi here was excellent. We had the green dragon and the red dragon, and the green dragon narrowly edged out as my favorite. The green dragon has a variety of ingredients that feels like a burst of flavor in each bite. The staff were wonderful and we were served quickly and promptly. The sashimi and nigiri dishes were also delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more.

Whenever I’m craving sushi, I know I can always count on Katana! They have a great variety of sushi rolls. The portions are generous and the fish is very fresh. My favorite is the Sunny Roll with mango! Yum! The service is always wonderful and they are always accommodating to any substitutions. I know I’ll be back to this local favorite.

Chirashi is very good. The Sashimis are so fresh. We also ordered Uni Nigiri today, very fresh. We will come back for trying more foods again.

Really solid neighborhood sushi restaurant. The owners were extremely polite and the food was packed with care. The good was great! Generous portions, everything correct, as ordered. Looking forward to next time.

Sumptuous food with good portions and many options for vegetarians and vegans. We had the tempura and the tofu teriyaki don. Everything tasted great, was plated well and service from the staff was wonderful.

Another GREAT LUNCH... The Mussell appetizer is delicious, and the "Super Duper" (pictured) is FANTASTIC!!! the service is always welcoming and delivered with a smile! Thank you, Hanamaru.

Our favorite sushi spot in the Bay Area! The sushi is authentic Japanese style and the taste is always on point. The owner is very kind, checks in with your table during your dinner, and served us miso soup on the house for the busy wait time. We always come once a month :) thank you for the positive experience and delicious food always.

It’s a definite win for anyone looking for standout plant-based sushi! ?Across the board, the food quality was excellent; everything tasted good. Each roll and appetizer was fresh and well-prepared. Excellent sushi especially for the price. If you like rolls, highly recommend the double toro roll and the Ferrari. Otherwise you cannot go wrong with the chirashi or the oh baby box.
