Best food cart on the square. Even their tomatoes taste good in the dead of winter. Small selection but what they do they do so well. Generally very quick. Focaccia ISD bouncy and chewy and moist. Absolute perfection. I hope these two get a sit down soon! Vegetarian options: Can get most things meatless.

This is, without question, the best pasta in Madison. A focused core menu that will never get old is supplemented by weekly specials anyway. I wish it was available for more than just a weekday lunch because this really is an essential Madison eatery.

The Ragu is incredible! Also loved the professional look to the chef and overall food truck. Would definitely go back!
