LOVE Saigon Noodles. Best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Madison thus far. Consistently great quality. Worth the price. The bún vermicelli bowls with egg rolls and chicken is my go to order. So delicious! The boba milk teas are super good as well. The vibe of the restaurant is very chill and relaxing. Modern and clean decor. Quiet and peaceful. Dim, non-harsh lighting. Wonderful place and sweet staff.

They have great shrimp spring rolls and pho here. They put some pieces of steak in the spring rolls which tasted great along with the peanut sauce. I got the pho steak and meatballs #14. The meat was seasoned very well and it all around was a good experience.

Steak Pho is so good here. I am sure other dishes are as well, I have only had #13 or the Chicken noodle soup. Spring rolls are tasty. Avocado smoothie is yummy.

The woman waiting us was named Kim, she did a wonderful job and was extremely kind and welcoming, I had minimal wait time and the prices were superb for the portions, I ordered #7 and it was very large, it had lots of meat and even more noodles, everything was fresh, delicious and visibly appealing. The restaurant was quiet, calm and had lovely lighting and atmosphere. There was another man who brought me my food and he was very sweet. I had a raging headache before I sat down to eat and the food wished it away like magic, truly a gem of a restaurant.

Love this place when I ate here first time with friends. I came back on my own after a dentist appointment. Service was warm and friendly, their bbq meatballs are phenomenal. I had a noodle dish that totally hit the spot. This place was just what i needed. Thank you for staying open in the afternoon and I enjoyed my meal very much. Even 2 days later I'm thinking about how wonderful this place was to dine in. I hope to return when I get to Middleton again to dine again.

This place is incredible. I've tried just about everything on the menu and all is amazing. Wonderful family Vietnamese family restaurant that's been around a long time. Give it a try - you won't regret it. Photo is of #28, my person favorite.

VIET KITCHEN REVIEWS

Viet Kitchen is my favorite restaurant. They consistently meet my high standards, which is impressive considering I grew up near some of the best Vietnamese food destinations, including Southern California and Saigon. The banh mi bread is FRESH & CRISPY, while the coffee has a rich flavor with a strong roasted aftertaste that definitely keeps you caffeinated! The pho and rice plates are also quite good.

The food here is really good, my favorite Vietnamese place in Madison! I got bánh mi and pho and the flavor was phenomenal. Customer service was great! Jason, the owner, greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me right away! The wait wasn't too long even though the restaurant was very busy! I also ordered taro milk tea with boba and it's some of the best milk tea I've had in Madison! Highly recommend.

Pho is perfect for a cold day, and their pho was wonderful. We also got the sample appetizer that has the three different rolls. All the food was extremely fresh.
