I know there’s some shade on here about the owner and wait times, I’m here to clear some of that up. The New York style bagels are amazing and made fresh, with that it’s going to take longer than a fast food place, you get what you pay for. Go in or order ahead, have some coffee and relax. The owner, he’s passionate about his business and the food he puts out. He’s east coast so yeah, he might be a little louder than your typical midwesterner, you’ll be fine. Highly recommend.

After traveling to New York and having their bagels, I never thought I’d get to taste a New York bagel again. But THIS PLACE, is LEGIT. And their breakfast bagel sandwiches are TO DIE FOR. I will always make the drive downtown to get myself one of these! Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, ham and add cream cheese! You won’t regret it. Chefs kiss!.

OMG the bacon, egg and cheese on a garlic bagel was so good!!!!! If you like garlic, you won’t go wrong with the garlic bagel. Sandwich was made fairly quick. If you’re in a rush I recommend ordering ahead but if you can spare 10 minutes, then you’ll be fine.

This is a must for a Madisonian, this is the type of place that you go to FOREVER. The prices are unbeatable, will keep your wallets and your belly Happy. The combinations of flavors are endless and always made fresh.

This place is truly unbelievable. Not only are you getting the most high-quality product around for an extremely reasonable price, it is the place where friendships are formed, loved ones can enjoy great food together, and most importantly—where memories are made. I proposed to my girlfriend here after a mutual love of the establishment helped us bond together in the early days of our relationship. Oh, and make sure to get 2.

Must stop when in Madison. Lots of varieties to pick from, delicious bagels ($1.75 for bagel + cream cheese). So glad we stopped by, I would highly recommend this place. Parking lot gets full quickly since many people stop by.

One of the best places I have ever visited, I have been there for a while, And I had never seen how happy customers come to this place, the treatment and attention to the public are high, Many people go there, have breakfast, share and then leave. But in my mind remains the memory of how happy people are there. The team is very competent, they are very coordinated, there are many kind people. If you go there you will recognize the manager very easily.

This is a fantastic Einsteins. I've been going here regularly for several years and staff has been essentially the same the whole time. They've clearly got a good manager who creates a good work environment and keeps employees around. Keep up the good work guys.

Really great space. I had a mixed-up order and the staff were very accommodating, even going so far as to remember my order for the next time so it wouldn't happen again! The lines when I've been there have never been too bad, but I think it's just because they are a very fast group of workers :).
