Pancho's Tacos Truck

The "Quesabirra" was delicious! All the salsa's are fire - but the Verde was my very favorite! Great view of the sunset too! They make the very best of the parking lot location- nice covered seating & tables - they keep everything very nice & neat. The staff are very friendly, welcoming & we’re patient with letting me practice my Spanish La cena estuvo deliciosa!Especialmente las salsas.

This spot is the best Al pastor spot in Long Beach, we even tried somewhere else after and regretted it!! I was looking for real Al pastor like on the spit and they’re doin it and doin it well! And their toppings bar is delicious! Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else! Muchos gracias!!

We tried 8 street taco locations in long Beach in one night. We had scores ranging from 6.0-7.8. This truck, mainly the Al pastor, king of tacos, was a 9.4! Worth the trip and a stop for sure.
