HIRONORI CRAFT RAMEN LONG BEACH REVIEWS

One of the best bowls of Ramen I've ever had. Their noodles are fresh, and their vegan ramen's broth was flavorful and rich. The toppings were amazing, and I added bamboo to mine as well, and they use high-quality bamboo. My only complaint would be that their brcolini is far too oily, but I loved everything else in that bowl. I'll absolutely be returning.

This ramen joints is very tasty! The pork was very tender and the karate was cooked and seasoned nicely. We just happened to go by on our Sunday afternoon and we’re pleased with this nice find. Staff was friendly. It’s not a large space so u may have to wait, but I think it’s worth while. Let the Falcon fly.

Surprisingly solid ramen spot in LB. The broth was simple yet rich, noodles a bit al dente as it should be. I’m a big ramen aficionado and this hits the spot, and is my go-to ramen spot now.

Was craving ramen and they are the closest place to me . I’ve been before so I knew they would hit the spot and they did . Tried something new and it was so good night be my new fave . I got the Tonkotsu ramen : thin noodle , medium spicy , w/ chashu pork , an extra egg and extra green onion . And the sushi was the salmon cucumber roll add avocado . Definitely would order again .

Food was great! service was excellent! Was honestly very pleasantly surprised that the service was so fast with how incredibly busy they were. Not only was service fast, but everyone was friendly, great job! Only downside was the crowd, but I guess it comes with the territory when your that good.

I had a girls day out here ,it was my first time and it was over the top hands down 5 stars.DELICIOUS and very decent prices. I got the blazing roll and the bachata very fresh sushi and hit every taste bud. guys.Macaroon ice-cream for dessert.

I came here on a short trip to Long Beach with my family and I loved it! The employees were all very kind and helpful! The food was mouth watering. The emperor steak was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! I also loved their shrimp, soup, and salad. The atmosphere was nice and I loved it. Our cook was funny and made delicious food. The ice cream for one of our birthdays was really good! Overall, I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great tasting food that's not afraid to season the way you request (a lot of garlic butter) without the extra charging. The establishment is clean, the hosts are attentive, drinks & sushi are pretty good & Anselmo, is our go to Chef.

Went here just last night, arrived and was seated right away. We got Chef Edgar and my daughter cldnt stop laughing, my teenage son was definitely a fan of the steak. All the food was good even the starter soup.
