ROUX REVIEWS
What a lovely brunch! We had a cocktail and a specialty coffee drink, both of which were perfect. We had the Camambert as an appetizer. I’d expected plain melted Camambert with some accoutrements, but the Camambert was soft with an amazing jellied fig spread with an excellent balance of fresh herbs that cut perfectly through the sweetness. For the main course we had the croque madam and the Waffle Sammy. Once again the flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of richness, acid, and flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The seating was a bit tight, yet it felt more cozy than constricting. The servers were very attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back for dinner!
Perfect meals, perfect service wonderful atmosphere! Had the burger, the cutlet, french onion, the simple salad, the gnocchi, the seared cod, and the cheesecake! And lots of cocktails. All were superb! Can’t wait to go back! What a gem!
I’ve been several times and overall it is very good. This most recent time though, my steak was so tough that I was about to just abandon it. The fork wouldn’t even go through it. Hopefully they can do a bit better on quality of ingredients.

CURE REVIEWS
Moved to Rochester from L.A thinking we’d be dining out less.. we we’re wrongs this place is fantastic. Authentic traditional French dishes coupled with amazing cocktails. We’ve been here at least 5 times in the past month and I’ve sampled 80% of the food and cocktails all excellent. Highlight for me is the Coq au Vin (a must try!), the Beef Bourguignon (also excellent) and the Pivot Step (great cocktail) oh and the garlic toast appetizer. You really can’t go wrong. There is bar seating available, but recommend booking in advance, especially over the weekend. Plenty of parking and it is accessible to boot. Great spot!
Sunday brunch at Cure did not disappoint! My parents and I left happy and full. Best pancakes ever, and I don't get excited about pancakes. I prefer waffles. Crème fraîche pancakes with poached pears, walnuts and lemon zest were delicious!! Great bacon too...hearty, thick strips.
Great vibe. Incredible service. Amazing cocktails and great food. Most of the dishes are either playing the hits perfectly or giving you something you think you know but with a refreshing twist.

THE PEPPERED PIG REVIEWS
We had dinner the other night on recommendation of local host. Delightful french country classics and nice friendly atmosphere. The service was casual but well polished. The prices are very reasonable. Decent wine list. Perfect experience for foodies.
Excellent place for brunch, the pig burger is super delicious. My sons love their French fries so much, I will definitely come back again when I want to have brunch. This is the best breakfast I ever ate in great Rochester area.
The menu is specific, check before you dine. We've been twice and both meals were extremely delicious. Definitely take the time to stop in.
