LEFT BANK BRASSERIE SANTANA ROW REVIEWS
Growing up in France, I love French cuisine and whenever I come across a French restaurant I definitely have to try it. This is my first trip to San Jose and when I saw the restaurant with its adorable bistro chairs, I had to go in!! Well I was very pleased with my experience. Our server, Philippe was very pleasant and nice. The food was delicious! My son had the lunch special lamb sandwich and I had the butter lettuce salad with the yummy authentic mustard vinaigrette dressing that you can only find in France!! Then to finish our lunch, we tried the apple galette with raisin rum ice cream on the side. It was crispy and tasty! Can’t wait to return for dinner and a glass of wine. Thank you Left Bank
An absolutely lovely experience at Left Bank for date night with my husband. The food was delicious and savory from soup to dessert, and the service was exceptional from every person who tended to our table. The atmosphere was warm and elevated but not stuffy. Can't wait to go back!
Had a private business dinner event here. I enjoyed my salmon dish and the ribeye looked pretty tasty too, as well the duck leg.

BLACK SHEEP BRASSERIE REVIEWS
Absolutely blown away by this experience. The food was truly exceptional. Every plate we tried was incredibly flavorful, well balanced and properly executed. We ordered the tasting menu and it was so worth it - the short rib was so soft it fell apart with a fork, the gnocchi was perfectly crisp on the outside but soft on the inside- never mind that truffle dressing. It made you want to pick up the plate and lock it if you could. The wine options were broad and the server was both knowledgeable about pairings and very attentive. Don’t miss this!
We took outdoor seating in literally the farthest corner and they still managed to take good care of us. I was expecting the food to be pricey, but it's actually well priced for the content and service that you get. Will be coming back, their burger is my boys favorite!
Favorites: Duck Breast and Buttermilk beignet. It is an upscale restaurant but not too fancy or pricy. Food is delicious there.

LE PAPILLON REVIEWS
Amazing! Really enjoyed everything, from the atmosphere and vibe feels retro and like you in someone’s home, Quite and very welcoming environment. It was fixed valentines menu with nice chooses, the food was amazing, im a foodie and don’t like to complement so much as I’m very judgmental but the food here was really good ! Felt like top chef homemade cooking with deep flavors and many flavors in each dish. Highly recommended and will definitely be back Thank you.
One of the best fine dining experiences in the Bay Area. The sea bass was perfectly cooked, along with an impressive wine list and decent cocktails. Friendly and efficient service. Parking can be an issue, though, since the parking lot is small and located at a busy intersection.
Our 30th anniversary dinner at Le Papillon was absolutely wonderful. The romantic ambiance, delicious food, and impeccable service made it a night to remember. We're so grateful to the staff for making our celebration special. Highly recommend!!
