MIZU SUSHI BAR & GRILL REVIEWS

My family are avid diners at sushi restaurants and enjoy the range from sashimi, to nigiri, to rolls. Boy, we are fans of rolls. We know that fancy rolls are more Western/American interpretations of traditional/simpler Japanese rolls. But we are big fans. And Mizu makes some of the tastiest, finely textured, creative rolls in the South Bay Area. On the pricy side, but worth it if we feel like splurging.

A really really awesome meal full of delicious food. The service staff was incredibly friendly and made he experience even better. The sushi rolls were delicious and the nigiri plate was incredibly fresh. Even the crudo had a delicious sauce on it that we could get enough of. While expensive it was great for a date night!

Great meal at Mizu Sushi. Staff was decently attentive and had a heavy hand on the wine pours..which we like. The variety of food we tried was all amazing and very flavorful. Would definitely try again!

Power lunch spot in SJ, the lunch 3-item was hearty with soup salad and good portions of rich, chicken and sushi rolls. I also ordered a hamachi cheek and some tomago…both tasty additions. The service was speedy and hospitable, the chef loves his nephews and it was nice seeing the love for family in the restaurant….quick, clean and reasonably priced.

Best sushi in the bay for sure!! Maybe best sushi in the whole CA. for the price and quality, it was so good. The hand rolls are packed with fish, and the unagi was delicious. They definitely don’t skimp out on good ingredients, and everything was cooked to perfection. The fish was super fresh and plentiful. Would definitely recommend!

I love is place . Great price for large portion! The place is a little small and usually busy . But the service is always good. The food came out really fast too. Definitely recommend going here.

KENJI SUSHI REVIEWS

The quality here really shows, especially in the sashimi. The cuts are thick, beautifully presented, and incredibly fresh. Lunch special galbi is also well grilled, generous portion with salad, spring roll, and the fruit piece. Overall, great value and excellent place for a decent meal.

Kenji sushi is a staple for our family, we have been here 10+ times and the food and service never disappoints. Very vegetarian friendly and they have a vegetarian dedicated page of the menu. Highly recommend the agedashi tofu and tofu bulgogi. Food always comes out quickly and is very tasty. Also walkable from Valley Fair mall.

The restaurant was very clean and organized. Service was fast, efficient, and simple. The food came out fast and tasted delicious. Whoever was on aux was playing some good music too.
