3 Best Japanese Restaurants in San Jose, CA

This place is fantastic, i crave it. I visit every single time I'm in the area. The broth is amazing. I like the spicy miso ramen with a tamarind egg. It makes the broth extra savory. Vegetarians beware... It is all pork broth. Also, portions are very large, and there is no take out, so come prepared with a container as youll want to bring remainders home. The dining area is like a cafeteria with terrible fluorescent lighting, still my absolute favourite for ramen. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Great ramen! I haven’t been here in a few years but it did not disappoint. Lines are quick and staff is helpful. Prices are not bad either. We ordered the Soyu ramen large which was an okay size and a medium spicy miso ramen along with rice and salmon dish. I would skip out on the rice dish though. It really wasn’t anything to rave about.

Had a combo meal and for the value it was good. Ramen alone the price is very fair. Solid flavors, while not the best ramen I've had it was above average for sure. The rice bowl was nice as well. Egg was an egg.

Great and fresh sushi exactly what you would expect from a nice place like this. We also had the edamame and steak plate with rice which was good for my 6 yr old. I would recommend this restaurant good food all around.

Brandon was very professional to serve our table, manager, Anthony, was courteous, and I want to say this restaurant is lucky enough to have those awesome manpowers. Food was great, I dined in with my co-worker we enjoyed every item we ordered. Will come back.

As you enter the restaurant you get to see the bar. Seems small but is actually quite spacious in the back. Staff is friendly and happy. Our server seemed to enjoy working here. Well to start off the food was delicious. I forgot the exact names for the food but I had the fish. The drink was flavorful and smooth to give a buzz. The sushi was Delicious.
