Bryan was on time, professional and very friendly as he performed a thorough inspection, taking notes and photos. He discussed items of concern with us when he was finished. The submitted report was complete with photographs of items he found and instructions for repairs.

Rick did our inspection and was absolutely incredible! He wasn't afraid to move things to get to where he needed to be, climb in small spaces, and get his hands dirty. We even were able to do a pool inspection and mold test all in the same day and schedule a sewage inspection for the next. He worked for over 4 hours running through every detail on the house and left absolutely nothing out. He gave us great recommendations on next steps and what items should take priority. Will absolutely recommend Rick and his team to anyone looking for a thorough and quality inspection.
