The Staff at Hennessey Are Truly Caring and Compassionate. I Cannot Say Enough About Melissa Johnson’s Kindness and The Many Extra Little Touches She Added to Make My Husband’s Memorial Service a Special One. She Went Above and Beyond in So Many Ways. I Knew My Husband Was Being Watched Over and Cared for Until the Day of His Service and Until the Day We Laid Him to Rest. She Helped Me to Put Together a Service that Honored His Life. Hennessy and Melissa Helped Me to Hold up During the Hardest, Most Painful Days Imaginable.

I Lost My Dad. and I Called and Spoke with Dean, He Was so Gentle with Kindness and Words to Direct My Dads Remains from The Corner to Their Funeral Home and Cremator, They Helped Every Way Possible in My Heart Goes to All of Them Thank You Ivy for The Final Everything, Also Kristi! Thank You for Helping with The Delivery, I Am out Of State and This Business, Ended up Being More than That to Me. HERITAGE FUNERAL & CREMATION REVIEWS

No one wants to be in the position to select a funeral home, but I am so grateful that Heritage was recommended to me. After talking with and visiting several other options, I knew that Heritage was the right place. Jenna was such a source of support and comfort and made a horrible time feel much more manageable. Everyone at Heritage was so helpful and compassionate and you can feel how much they care about what they do and the families they work with. The facility is beautiful and peaceful, and the location and setting were exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Jenna and the rest of the team at Heritage.

Heritage funeral home and cremation service did an outstanding job with my wife’s remains. The representative that assisted me was very professional throughout the whole process. My spouse had to be shipped from Spokane back to Chicago for her funeral service. Thank you for doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work. May God continue to Bless your whole team. I'm 25 and now I have no parents. Having to choose where and who to cremate my dad was such a hard process for me as I prepared to lay my last surviving parent to rest. That being said, I can without a doubt, say choosing Advantage was the best choice I could have made. My dad was handled with such amazing care, and my family was also treated so amazing. When you work in a certain field, you can get comfortable and not as sensitive to the situations and feelings around you, but everyone at Advantage was full of empathy and I could tell they were actually THERE FOR ME not just as a job. I'm so thankful I chose you.

The team was so caring at such a difficult time, especially for mom, she even had moments of laughter, which is what she needed at that time , after losing her soul mate. I would highly recommend Advantage services.

Super caring and kind staff. Sarah was amazing and prompt on getting back to me about anything I needed.
