We had a very large old Douglas Fir that broke off onto our house during a wind storm. Sam was the first tree company I called for an estimate. Sam came same day to assess and provided me with an estimate within hours. His crew arrived promptly when promised, did an absolutely amazing job taking down both trees and cleaned up all the mess. Very reasonably priced and worth every single penny. I will recommend Sam's whenever I hear someone looking for tree work. Top Notch work and communication and highly recommend.

Last Friday Sams Tree Service came out and pruned 5 large trees, 2 large bushes and cut down 4 dead bushes that were on a slope. We've been here 33 years and have used them many times. They did a fantastic job and clean up. Answered all my questions too. Friendly, fast and thorough. I was amazed at this man who was way up in the center of the maple trees cutting off all the dead branches. Everything looks beautiful. See you next year.

In providing an estimate, the owner drove all the way to Nine Mile Falls to walk our property and answer all our questions. Because of the extent of the work required, he provided multiple options to try and manage the cost. During this initial evaluation, he indicated one particularly large tree may be in danger of falling and to move an RV that was parked in an area where it may fall. Within two weeks, before any work was done, the tree actually fell! While damaging powerlines and the roof of the house, all vehicles were spared any damage because of his sage council. When his team arrived to work on our trees, they were very solicitous to us concerning our property and landscaping. At every juncture, the crew chief would pause and ensure that the work planned was the same work that we had anticipated. Cleanup and debris removal was meticulous. Bottom line, after two days of hard work, we were very happy with the results. It all reflected the fact that they were knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working. Following all that work, the owner returned to our property, ensuring that the crew had done all that was expected. He then offered advice on caring for other trees on the property in the years ahead. We have found a service provider for our trees that is an expert in the business, thoughtful and courteous; we will be his customers for years.
