They located multiple leaks and performed preventative maintenance on a couple areas of concern. This was all documented with pictures before and after. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable. Keven Edwards came out and explained everything to us. He also handled the insurance company communication like a champ. Keven got our project scheduled quickly and efficiently and we ended up with a new beautiful roof, rain gutters and garage door. Steve, the garage door installer, did a fantastic job. The rain gutters install was great too but that happened when I wasn't home so don't know who to praise. All-in-all, I highly recommend Perrenoud Roofing. They are local and I think that's very important because we've had so many storm chasers from out of state since the storm. Once a project is complete, they are gone, never to be seen again. Perrenoud is in the area and will stand behind their work.
