The team at First Rate Roofing Services did an outstanding job! We needed our roof replaced due to a leak, and they tackled the project with incredible efficiency. They removed over three layers of roofing—including cedar shake—in under an hour! The entire replacement, including the house and garage, was done in just two days. I was impressed with their smooth workflow, professionalism, and friendliness. They were easy to work with and made sure everything was cleaned up by the end of each day. We were especially grateful that they took care of some deteriorating fascia as well. Highly recommend this team.

I was in the roofing business in Illinois so I know the business. I am too old to get on my roof any more so I called First Rate. The owner Ethan came out right away, gave me what I thought was a fair estimate for a repair. Within a week his repair guys did the job. They were extremely nice, courteous, and respectful. Did a great job. I got a follow up call from Ethan to make sure I was happy with the work before he billed me. Extremely professional company, I highly recommend them for any work needed.

It is with great pleasure to write this review for Jimmy's Roofing, I have known Jimmy for a long time. I had the pleasure to have him do work for me at a place of my employment before I retired where I was the maintenance person they came and put a new flat roof on the building, what a wonderful company to work with very professional, and very good roof. It has been eight years or more since I spoke with Jimmy, I contacted him this fall and he remembered me. I told him my daughter need a new roof and need it done before winter, her house was a long way out of there normal area that they usually do but he assured me they would come and take care of it for us which they did. Justin the project manager and everyone we dealt with were over the top (excellent and went over the top). The sub contractor they sent over from Spokane was also over the top in one day they had all the old roof off and all the sheathing on one side of the house off and the new roof on in one day amazing. I would recommend Jimmy's Roofing anytime.
