We are exceptionally impressed with Perrenoud Roofing. They were very prompt in responding to our query about our roof. We set up an appointment to have it looked at and Joe Gipson (their sales manager) showed up on time. And, much to our delight, Joe said that the roof (shingles) were in great shape! Instead of trying to sell us what wasn’t needed, Joe let us know that the only things that would benefit by being replaced were our vents (which we suspect since the old plastic covers are cracked!). It’s great to deal with a company that values customer service and deals with integrity. Outstanding!
