Certified is a local family owned business and I needed help in both my security system, a home theater system, an update on my Wi-Fi system, and an outdoor sound system. Jeff, the owner, came out to my place and we discussed various options and pricing points. All this was done over a couple of years and I can honestly say that they have done a great job. The work was done with quality and the products have performed so well that I have referred several friends to them. Were there any challenges, yes. But, their team responded and made it right because they care and they want their work to reflect who they are. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!.

I would highly recommend Certified Security & Integration! They installed all of our audio and visual systems for our cooking school, cafe and retail store! Jeff and team did a fantastic job and have continued to help with any issues that we have had. 10 out of 10, would do business again!.

Great customer service, always checking in on us to make sure we are taken care of. We have the fire alarm system and phones through them. Both are great!.

ADT SECURITY SERVICES REVIEWS

These guys were great. We had a break in into our guest cottage at our farm in Bonner County, Idaho. Despite a raging blizzard, The install technician, Tim S. showed up at 8:00. We already had an older ADT system in the main house. We wanted to upgrade it to the Pulse system and add a security system to the guest house. 8 hours later, Tim had both systems online and working flawlessly.. When it came time to leave, there were 5 foot drifts on the half mile road into the farm. Tim knew that he was likely to get stuck at our home because of the weather but he was not the least bit deterred from the install. He had to wait until we could get a backhoe out at clear the road. Poor guy didn't head home (1.5 hours away) until after 8 PM. Service way above and beyond what I ever would have expected. Professional, clean, friendly, diligent. Can't say enough good things about ADT Spokane Valley. Thanks again Tim S.!.

Christian provided excellent, efficient and friendly customer service while installing a complete home security system. He easily handled some mixups with the original order. Christian did a great job and we felt very comfortable with him. Thank you for exceptional customer service. Job well done!.

We were having trouble with our cameras hot being online. ADT sent Tim Hayes out. He was so courteous and knowledgeable. Tim spent a good deal of time teaching my husband and I more information on how to use our system. We were very satisfied with his service and knowledge.
