We were from out-of-town and googled funeral homes near me. We made several calls and encountered high-pressure sales tactics that didn't answer our questions. We were looking for a basic cremation. When we made contact with Hector at Hillcrest, he was very forthright and answered all our questions. All his promises were kept and prices were very reasonable. When you are from out-of-town, and dealing with an unexpected death, you have a certain amount of hesitation before committing to an unknown firm. Hector was very reassuring and we are very comfortable recommending him and this funeral home to any family in the future.
