Finally!! Someone approached me shortly after I arrived in the store. It was Andre, a Manager. He was very helpful and so was Jaime, sales associate. And even when I wavered because I wasn't sure I could afford the purchase, Jaime suggested financing it. I was given immediate approval. I ended up making the purchase, even though a competitor was less expensive. One side note, you should offer first responder / military discount. I was informed you did, but was rebuffed at the store while finalizing the sale. Thank you.

Unbelievable helpful! Steered me towards the pieces I needed at clearance prices. They went above and beyond trying to help me remove a baby’s car seat that I forgot I had in the car, to be able to slide in my newly acquired purchases into my SUV. Courteous, professional and very patient! A great experience.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anthony on my visit, it was the best experience I had buying furniture he was so polite friendly and helpful he answered every question I had and helped me find the perfect fit for me and my family. We will definitely be going back. Customer service 10/10.

I bought a beautiful bedroom set!! The quality is spectacular. The owner was very nice and gave me the time to choose without being pushy. The delivery was on time and the guys were very professional and left my place so clean after they put everything together. I highly recommend this place. Salem not only has beautiful furniture but unique fancy home decor. The prices are very affordable.

We were introduced to Ms. J. She asked what we were looking for at Pilgrim . We began speaking about a possible loveseat to match our couch. She is a delight and began asking us how we entertain and suggesting to look at club chairs instead. She mentioned that people enjoy sitting separately rather next to each other and showed us 2 beautiful leather chairs. We were very happy with her new ideas and purchased 2 beautiful swivel leather club chairs. Thank you Ms J for your insight and directing us to the new way of thinking of our living room.

We shopped all over for a dinning room table until we met Bruce at Pilgrim Furniture. Made it very easy for us. He should us how we can customize our table after showing him a picture of what we were looking for. He was patient, detailed oriented and funny too great personality.
