If you are getting married anywhere in New England, make the trip to Plumed Serpent for your wedding gown you will not regret it. I absolutely LOVED my dress as did so many of my friends and family. My mom and I went dress shopping together and the entire team at Plumed Serpent made us feel comfortable and relaxed. There was never a moment I felt pressured or pushed into anything, it felt solely about me and my special day. Lindsey was the one who I specifically worked with. I had no clue what style dress I wanted and she was able to pick the perfect one by listening and knowing what I did and didn’t like from others I tried on, she is extremely talented and amazing at what she does. I also bought my veil here and had alterations which again were absolutely fabulous. Amazing service, selection, and people. I am so, so happy I went to The Plumed Serpent to find my wedding dress! The store is so clean, bright, and beautiful, and working with Patrice was so wonderful start to finish. She listened closely to my vision and thoughts, pulled beautiful dresses for me to try on, and patiently mitigated all my doubts and anxieties. Working with The Plumed Serpent team was the best! Lindsey and Allison made the process so seamless and stress free for me! Lindsey immediately understood the vision that I had for my wedding day and presented me with so many amazing and beautiful gowns. Erica was so pleasant and so helpful! The best way I could describe her help would be purposeful without pressure! She simply let my mom and I do our thing and discuss the dresses. She gave her opinion and chimed in when necessary. I did not feel judged whatsoever as a plus size bride in her shop, and she had great selections for someone my size. Erica is so great at what she does to the point that she ended up picking out the dress I went with! It just so happened to be the first dress she pulled from the selection… She simply knew! I found Erica online and made an appointment to look at wedding dresses with my mom. Erica carefully listened to what I wanted and provided a variety of reasonably priced options. I wasn't 100% sure what style dress I wanted and she took the time to find me the perfect fit. She steamed the dress before pick up and even provided us with a seamstress for alterations that we ended up using (for myself, and my mother's dress). Wonderful shop and great customer service :)

I purchased my dress back in December from the Savvy Bride. It was recommended to me by a friend that purchased their dress for their wedding years prior. Erica was so wonderful to work with and accommodating. She was patient, kind, and helped me find the most perfect dress.
