Great experience as always. I started shopping for a new Mach E in March. After a few hiccups along the way, Shaun and Jason took matters into their own hands and found the car I was looking for. This is the 3rd car we purchased from Park City and I assure you it will not be the last. I should also take some time to mention that the service department has always been a pleasure to work with as well and we've never had any concerns taking our cars there to be worked on. I'm from Sicklerville NJ and found my self in Connecticut with my Ford Transit 250 with what I believe was brake fluid spewing from the rear left side differential. I was able to get this vehicle to Park City Ford. I was treated great and the vehicle was repaired that day. Mr. Keith Quinn, Senior technician, Technician, and those around him were professional and courteous.

Most honest assessment by Roberto and his team in Service department. I bought an older Ford Edge to them and they were able to find the part for me in another part of the country since it was discontinued. I wasn't able to repair since it also had other damage which made it unworthy of being fixed. But he was very patient and sympathetic. I appreciate the team here.

Most pleasant experience at a dealer ever in my life! I had the opportunity to work with Hector G- and couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment I first called Paul Miller Nissan no more than 5 minutes later I was getting a return phone call. During my call with Hector I ask him millions of questions- which he answered all of them, took pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and got numbers and inspections sent over to me within a matter of days. Less than a week later I'm driving from New Jersey to Connecticut to purchase the vehicle. I am beyond pleased with the efficiency of both Hector and his staff AND for staying late at the dealer when I got caught in traffic. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes of arriving and leaving with my brand new car. I have gotten Millerized and I cant wait to go back to purchase my next vehicle from them! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Exceptional Service Our experience was outstanding! Marlyng was fantastic—she truly listened to our needs and found the perfect option for us. She’s an exceptional salesperson who made the process smooth and enjoyable. The finance team was equally impressive. Although I can’t recall the woman’s name, she was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail, ensuring we felt confident every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience. I love my new Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend them.
