i called and asked for mike as i saw the reviews to ask for him but allen was so amazing, they took the scratches out and fixed a issue with a guard on my front tire that was dragging all in less then 30 mins. i’m so grateful to mike and his partner for helping me and making my car look brand new . and they didn’t even charge me !!!! i will deff be back to get any of my car’s scratches done and you and your family should to.

Mike and Allen are outstanding. I believe this is easily the best body shop in Connecticut. This is my second experience doing business with MK and they have gone above and beyond each time. That is the defining theme of MK: 'above and beyond.' It's clear they strive for excellence in all aspects of their business. The front bumper cover I had replaced on my older Toyota Camry speaks for itself.

Larry is awesome. I have mechanic friends from my hometown in NY so I've gotten used to bugging them or being led to a reliable mechanic, collision place for 20 yrs. Moving to CT was tough, trusting my car repairs blindly on Google reviews. I think that's how I discovered this place. Multiple times saved me in just past 2 yrs. I'm very picky about my car looking amazing- this is my 1st luxury car brand new (and manufactured in the current decade). I am not sure I can keep up with this as much as I love to drive, for many more years, so I recommend M&F if you like top notch service. I am not impressed with leather lounge chairs & expensive lighting in a waiting room. I'm impressed with the amount of up-front plain n simple explanation for things, and the way my car looks after repaired.

My car was keyed, and I came to M&F from a friend’s recommendation. Frank is the real deal. I highly recommend speaking with Frank or Larry about your car needs. They were fast, reliable, and extremely friendly. The fresh coat of paint and bodywork they did to my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek is stellar. It looks better than it looked before. Attached are before and after photos.

I've been going to M&F for about 20 years for all my vehicles over the years and they have always done a excellent job, and always a very fast turn around time. And has always tried the best they could to give me a loaner. I highly recommend M&F.
