The lady who answered the phone was incredibly polite. When I got there they greeted me with a smile and were quick to help me. The Jamaican guy who replaced the battery on my watch was super friendly and made nice conversation while he was working on my watch. He was quick but careful and the price was really great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great customer service and great pricing.

I’d definitely recommend this place for your next jewelry investment. Great service and hard working. Come in and get your gold right here.

I needed my gold necklace lobster clasp replaced and I had gone to 2 other jewelry stores in the same mall and received poor customer service . I went to Michael’s and met Bonnie she was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job She was just awesome helped me with pricing of repair and gave me details on the timeframe when I can expect my necklace back. I went to pick it up today and met with Linda and Bonnie both wonderful ladies and very kind and courteous.I would definitely go back for any repairs in the future or even to purchase some jewelry. You should be proud you have wonderful employees. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the great work my necklace looks wonderful .

The people at Michael's always do a great job no matter what I am looking for. I give them a budget and they always find excellent pieces. Blake is the representative I have worked with and he has never tried to talk me into spending more money or tried to sell me jewelry that I wasn't looking for or didn't like. I have made three different purchases and I see no reason why I would ever shop jewelry anywhere else.

We have shopped here for many years. Always receive polite, knowledgeable and friendly help from sales associates and expert advice from the jeweler. And it was no different on our visit today. What a great staff.

They are amazing and friendly will return again and again.
