Love my purchase I wasn’t sure what I wanted they took there time to help me and my husband find not only a wedding ring in our price range but help me customize it all for a great price I have 10 it gold wedding ring and added a monistic diamond looks so pretty. They are amazing and friendly will return again and again.

Love this place! Bought my children's mine and my husband's jewelry here. They are great with customer service and their prices are very affordable! Can't go wrong coming here trust me they are the place.

Only jewelry store I go to in Bridgeport , customer service is always excellent and they even work with your budget! Love them! Been coming for years!

I needed my gold necklace lobster clasp replaced and I had gone to 2 other jewelry stores in the same mall and received poor customer service . I went to Michael’s and met Bonnie she was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job She was just awesome helped me with pricing of repair and gave me details on the timeframe when I can expect my necklace back. I went to pick it up today and met with Linda and Bonnie both wonderful ladies and very kind and courteous.I would definitely go back for any repairs in the future or even to purchase some jewelry. You should be proud you have wonderful employees. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the great work my necklace looks wonderful .

The people at Michael's always do a great job no matter what I am looking for. I give them a budget and they always find excellent pieces. Blake is the representative I have worked with and he has never tried to talk me into spending more money or tried to sell me jewelry that I wasn't looking for or didn't like. I have made three different purchases and I see no reason why I would ever shop jewelry anywhere else.

We have shopped here for many years. Always receive polite, knowledgeable and friendly help from sales associates and expert advice from the jeweler. And it was no different on our visit today. What a great staff!
