Wanted to share the exceptional experience we had at wichita furnature and mattress over the weekend. We had excellent service from start to finish on purchasing our first living room set. Tiffany went above and beyond to help us find something perfect that will fit our family's needs!! She listened to everything we liked and didn't like and found the perfect one! Tiffany was also very patient with us for going back and forth between two different sets. Natalie was so polite, knowledgeable and very informative in explaining delivery options, warranty info,and payment terms. We been to several other furnature stores and these two ladies went above and beyond for us unlike the other stores. Would highly recommend shopping here for your furnature needs! I know we will be back.

Amy was awesome, she was very knowledgeable for our bed purchase! She showed us from the highest price beds to the lower priced. She explained everything well & taught us information we definitely didn’t know about beds! She definitely knows the products they sell very well! She has a great attitude & personality, to me that is fantastic!! If I need more I will definitely have Amy help me.

From beginning to delivery was Awesome! Love my new furniture. Andrew was very patient and helpful was not pushy, answered all questions was absolutely a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend if looking for furniture weather bedroom or living room has a great selection. Will definitely return for future purchases.

I was welcomed by the most gracious and attractive young man, Michael. He listened to me attractively as I told him what I was looking for. I told him about finding the couch I wanted to look at on line and my desire to see what it looked like and to sit on it. The first sofa was really nice then he showed me another that was perfect. I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the price with delivery and 5yr protection plan was less than what I had expected to pay. When I told him I wasn't in a great hurry he said if I could wait 4 to 6 weeks, I could put a down-payment and the balance wouldn't be due till delivery. Checking out was so simple and the young lady was kind and offered to help me to my car. I walk with a cane and my foot is in a heavy walking boot. Michael made sure my walk around the store was safe. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need to go there and ask for Michael. He will listen to your needs and show you exactly what you are looking for.

The moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile by Mike, and he was quick to ask me how he could help. I explained that I used their online design services to style my living room, and I was there to look at the couch before I purchased it online. I looked at a couch, and I was able to see the coffee table, end table, and the swivel chair I wanted! He was then able to order everything for me on the spot! I didn't have to do any ordering online like I thought. Mike made this experience wonderful! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. What a joy everyone was that I encountered in the store! Many thanks to Georgia for her explanation of the furniture protection plan. She was very helpful when presented with questions.

We had a great shopping experience with Maddy at Ashley. She answered all the questions we asked and knew the details of each item we looked at. She heard what we wanted and worked diligently to locate items we might like. She was professional but not pushy as some sales persons are. The prices were reasonable and the merchandise we looked at appeared to be of very good quality. We purchased two items that will be delivered tomorrow. Whenever we need furniture of any kind in the future, we will definitely head to Ashley.
