Let me preface this review by saying this is our first home build. We built this home while still living on the West Coast and traveling extensively for work during the build process. 90% of this home build was accomplished remotely via phone calls, emails, texts and face time. So, this was clearly not your normal home build. Randy Harder, the owner of H & H Home Builders, was a true professional and made the home build experience easy under atypical circumstances. He was patient, flexible, easy to work with and is clearly focused on the customer experience exceeding expectations. Communication and follow up was always expeditious and clear. When we requested changes or minor issues needed to be addressed, they were addressed promptly with honesty and integrity. Our home is now finished and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of this home is amazing and we can’t wait to move in. The kitchen is amazing! If you are looking to build a home whether it’s a modest home or a really big build, be sure to talk with Randy at H&H Builders. You’ll find that Randy and his team will deliver a high quality home while making the process as simple and easy as possible.

We have had a 10 star experience with H&H builders! They do extremely quality work in a short amount of time and yet they took the time to find out what our needs are so they have been able to completely meet our needs. Our son is in a wheelchair and all considerations were made for him, his needs, and our needs in caring for him. The work they did at our home is absolutely beautiful! We are incredibly grateful!.

our home with the Nies family was probably the best “move” we have ever made! As everyone knows, the home building process can sometimes be overwhelming with structure, decorating and financial decisions to be made one right after the other. The folks at Nies took us by the hand and walked us through this journey with limitless patience and vast expertise. The end result far surpassed our expectations...we love, love, love our Nies home and every individual we encounter there, from the president to the project manager. We tell all our friends who are thinking of building to use Nies Home and some of them took our advice. We are thrilled for them and confident their experience will imitate ours. just now.

We started the building process in the worst possible time, December of 2020 and closed in May 2022. 11 month timeline from breaking ground. Wild material cost increases, shipping and supplies delays, certain items impossible to find, many sub contractors working slow or not at all.. In talking with others who also had been building with other groups, we heard many horror stories that would make you want to find an existing home to purchase instead. Brian (our project manager) and the Nies staff took care of us with a white glove experience; big issues that arose quickly turned into solutions or disappeared. Attention to detail was evident. It wasn't perfect, but they took care of us at a high level. If you are considering building, definitely start your conversation with Nick and the Nies team.

Nies built our home and we absolutely love it. From design to completion, the Nies team was always collaborative and professional. We felt everyone involved in the process was customer focused and had great recommendations. Thank you for the great experience.
