I'm so glad I chose to go with Moore Flowers! Their flowers are always so pretty, but what I was really impressed with was their customer service. I was trying to order online, and had questions. They were so nice and helpful when I called. Then, when they tried to deliver the flowers and nobody was home to receive them, they offered to take them out to their workplace. Thank you so much!!

They were just amazing, I accidentally gave them the wrong address (I know, horrifying). They called me right away and reassured me to make sure I got my flowers delivered to the correct address. Not only that but the bouquet was so beautiful! (Customized, you can think the purple is weird, i dont) So much love and patience goes into this business.

I received flowers from my sister and her family in Virginia for Christmas, and I was amazed at how adorable the flowers were designed! The shop even asked could they put the flowers in a cute little sleigh, and it was one of the cutest arrangements I’ve ever seen! I love having the sleigh that I can use over and over and the flowers still look beautiful today! Thank you to this shop for doing such a great job! They are definitely a five star company.

Absolutely great. Beautiful casket spray and easel stands. Caught her as she was locking up the store and she reopened for us to take our request even though she had a delivery to do. We gave basically 2 days to do our flowers and she came through like the best professional ever.
