I had an exceptional shopping experience at the Fayetteville store thanks to Phil's outstanding service. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive yet allowing us space to explore. Whenever we needed assistance, Phil was right there, ready to help without being intrusive. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit enjoyable. Went into Ashley today just wanting to look and price some sectionals and was greeted by Ken. He was super helpful and listened to my list of requirements that I thought would be hard to meet. He started showing us some sectionals and made sure to meet all of the requirements I had. He took into account our home life and showed us different fabrics and styles and we settled on a perfect couch for us! He was very helpful and friendly and made the process very quick, easy, and even enjoyable.
