My experience at bobs was pleasant, no one hounding us or selling us anything, when we were finally ready to talk and ask questions after browsing Alex was so nice helped up decide on which couches and colors and gave his opinion! He was amazing , very knowledgeable, very sweet , And had prices and taxes calculated for each option ! The customer service was amazing! And the warranty they offer ya can’t turn down ! Thank you Alex at the Henderson location for being amazing !

Great selection and great prices. We went in to get a new recliner sofa. Dominic was our sales specialist and he was great to work with. He made the shopping experience very easy and didnt "hover" or make it awkward like other furniture stores, he made himself available to answer any questions we had and made some recommendations when we needed. Once the wife decided on something, he made the payment and delivery process super easy.

Very helpful sales personnel, and after shopping at half a dozen furniture stores, Bob's Discount Furniture was able to give us the best price on the sofa we needed. The whole experience was positive. Full disclosure: we've ordered the furniture but it'll take about two weeks until it arrives, so I'm basing the review on the purchase experience.
