Quality, serious quality. It took a little longer than expected (thanks to global delivery craziness) but it was worth the wait. Wayne and crew were very nice and did a good job on the installation. I was worried that it might be flimsy or that the wood might be cheap looking but I couldn't have been more wrong. Our murphy bed is very solid and well constructed and the wood finish looks beautiful.

Excellent customer service - Wayne expedited the order in time for our daughter, son-in-law and grandson's Christmas visit and personally installed the product. Couldn't ask for more. Superior, high quality product at a very competitive price - our room is multi-purpose and provides an extremely comfortable experience for guests.
